Offline qn's?

I think it would be cool to be able to send people who aren't logged in an "offline qn." This is already partially implemented, like if a user sends a quicknote to someone who logged out after the sender refreshed the page, when the recipient logs back in, it shows them the qn they missed.

Thanks.

Why not just send a private message? (I'm not being hostile, just curious as to what you see the benifit being.)

Cuz you have to have subjects and all that, and I'm lazy. lol. And quicknotes are faster.

you don't have to have a subject. I vote no.

then you'd always have a really huge combo box any time you wanted to send a private quicknote though. i think the private message feature pretty much serves the purpose.

I don't see the point to this suggestion your making besides we already got the Private Message Feature for this sort of purpose. I'm going to have to vote no for this, sorry.

I don't see the point of this either.

Why not just use a private message?

I think this is a great idea. Not everyone checks their private messages. It doesnt' play a sound or anythingto let you know you have any new. QNs like jsut now, I missed a qn in that was sent after i logged out, so it played th sound and read it. offline qns could be the same way. I think it's a great idea.
